Take the Kellogg's® Coco Pops® Challenge and follow the Kung Fu Master Eating Plan. This 7 day meal plan that has been compiled by a Kellogg® registered dietitian and encourages your children to eat small, regular meals and snacks that are balanced, as well as encouraging them to drink plenty of water.
This meal plan meets the nutritional requirements for 6-8 year olds. It supports their growth and energy needs and complements the Kung Fu Panda™ exercise programme.

The Be a Game Ranger Eating Plan
Being a Game Ranger involves eating right and being physically active. This 7 day meal plan has been specially designed for 8 year old children by a Kellogg® registered dietitian.
The plan provides children with the nutrients they need for growth and development. It encourages them to eat a variety of foods, including truly South African foods such as biltong, koeksisters and mealie bread. This meal plan includes serving sizes that will help guide you on how much is enough at each meal and snack.
